Tom Dalzell specializes in investment sales of retail and office properties nationwide. Mr. Dalzell has over 20 years of commercial real estate leasing and brokerage experience, including founding his own firm and working for several New York real estate firms. Also, he served on the Board of Directors of the Financial Executives Institute-NYC Chapter and served as corporate fundraising manager for New York Youth-at-Risk. Prior to joining the French Retail Team, Mr. Dalzell served as a Senior Investment Advisor for Sperry Van Ness where he helped to substantially grow the National Retail Team and close $200+ million in sales. Prior to SVN, Mr. Dalzell owned and operated his own real estate brokerage firm, Thomas C. Dalzell Associates. Previously, he was managing director at The Galbreath Company where he was responsible for initiating and consummating commercial real estate leasing & investment sales transactions representing clients that include: GE Capital, Developers Diversified Realty Corp., and The Blackstone Group.
