I have a motto in my life and in my career - if I'm not learning, I'm not living. I feel experience in lean teams, a sense of owning something, and investment in yourself are the best ways to do that. Whether sitting in the classroom and learning new concepts, taking a one-off course on a topic you are genuinely interested in, or using your scrappy, gritty, unrelenting nature to achieve aggressive goals because, hey, if you don't your company may not survive, what you learn on a day-to-day basis is what molds you and sets you up for whatever lies ahead. I have a constant itch to learn about new companies, new ideas, better ways of doing things, and interesting investment and partnership opportunities.
