Richard Brehaut specializes in representing buyers and sellers of single and multi-tenant retail and net leased properties throughout the country. He is part of a net leased group that has closed over $500,000,000 in 29 states over the past two years.
Richard also serves as a Vice President in the Corporate Real Estate Division at James Capital Advisors, advising private equity sponsors, corporations and franchisees on their real estate, with an emphasis on Tenant Representation and Sale Leasebacks. Richard has an acute understanding of all aspects of the net leased market, and has particular talents for underwriting credit, maintaining authority on market and pricing conditions, and tailoring each portfolio strategy to the individual needs and capabilities of the client.
