Rich joined Iron Hound in December 2021 and is primarily responsible for sourcing new debt and equity transactions for the company. Over the course of his 29 years in the real estate business he has represented both institutional and privately-held clients. Rich is also the Managing Partner and Principal of The Bluestone Group LLC, a real estate group specializing in raising the entire capital stack required for large and complex real estate transactions. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Georgetown University. Then while working full time at Rockwood Realty, Rich put himself through graduate school and received his MBA from The Leonard N Stern School of Business at New York University.
