Mr. Harris’s sole focus is to represent clients in the structuring and origination of commercial real estate debt & equity capital. A 15+ year veteran of the commercial real estate finance industry, Mr. Harris has underwritten, structured and arranged over $5 billion in capital exclusively for commercial real estate transactions, including over $1 billion since joining CBRE.
Mr. Harris has established a market presence by leveraging his comprehensive understanding of the real estate capital markets to match investors with the most efficient debt & equity available in the marketplace. He has relationships with the GSE’s (Freddie and Fannie), life insurance companies, banks, securitized lenders and private equity sources throughout the country.
Prior to CBRE, Mr. Harris was a Managing Director at RAIT Financial Trust, a mortgage REIT in Philadelphia, during which time he closed fixed and floating transactions across the country.
