MariaGrace Iantosca joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 as member of Ben Brenner’s global corporate services team. Over the last two years, MariaGrace has completed over 54 transactions totaling over 860,000 SF in office, warehouse and lab transactions. She serves as the account manager for Panasonic’s 7,000,000 SF global real estate portfolio, one of Cushman & Wakefield’s largest clients. In this role, she coordinates all of Panasonic’s real estate transactions throughout Canada, the United States and Mexico, and oversees their lease administration database, where she applies best practices to drive value for the firm. MariaGrace is a 2018 graduate of Cushman & Wakefield’s Strata 1 Training, which enhances members knowledge of Cushman & Wakefield’s extensive platform, technical leasing, and the commercial real estate industry.
