Lizzie Prochazka has been an Assistant Director for the Savills Houston office since April of 2018. Since joining, Lizzie has helped counsel companies in developing and negotiating optimal commercial real estate transactions for space acquisition and disposition.
Lizzie began her career in the Dallas market working on office and industrial tenant representation assignments for Colliers International and Transwestern. After learning about the real estate market, Lizzie became a Leasing Representative for Boxer Property in Houston for two years. While there, Lizzie assisted in managing several office building portfolios, one of which totaled more than 1 million square feet, and produced over $1.6 million in annual revenue. This experience allows Lizzie to leverage her knowledge of the financial objectives of various landlords to structure better transactions for tenant clients.
