Lawrence Smoler is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Two Bridges Capital Partners, LLC where he has been involved in all phases of the firm’s development since inception in early 2014. Mr. Smoler heads the firm’s current investment initiatives. Lawrence focuses on sourcing investment opportunities and developing new joint venture relationships; he is also responsible for all investment management and corporate decisions. He has more than 28 years of experience in real estate; he has extensive knowledge of all facets of real estate investment and ownership, including acquisitions, development, finance, dispositions, leasing and management.
Through leadership positions at both large institutions and private money managers, Lawrence was involved in the sourcing and production of over $5 billion in JV equity origination and direct acquisitions.
