A retired firefighter and emergency medical technician for the town of Palm Beach, and an accomplished tri athlete who has completed over 20 marathons and 2 Ironman competitions. In 2018 and 2019 Kevin completed the “Crossing For A Cure” a long distance endurance paddle challenge and international championship race that takes paddlers 80 miles across the Gulfstream from Bimini in the Bahamas and back to the Florida mainland. The event benefits those living with Cystic Fibrosis. Kevin raised $30,000 in donations and sponsorships and plans to compete again in 2024. In addition, he completed the “2020-2023 Dolphins Cancer Challenge”. This event is a 100 mile bike ride and raises funds for innovative cancer research at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, part of the University of Miami Health System.
