Katelyn Reynolds is an Associate Director with the Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality Mortgage Banking platform. She has extensive knowledge and specializes in underwriting, structuring and closing debt financing for hospitality assets as well as other income-producing properties such as multifamily, retail, office, self-storage, and industrial/warehouse. In her career, Ms. Reynolds has been involved in securing over $1 billion in debt finance transactions for clients representing several capital source executions including Life Companies, CMBS, Debt Funds, and Banks. Ms. Reynolds has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boston College where she was a member of the Women’s Golf Team.
