Justin Latone is a Senior Vice President of Investment Sales at TSCG, specializing in net lease and unanchored multi-tenant retail sales. With nearly 20 years of experience in leasing, Justin has developed a deep expertise in leasing but also the fundamentals of retail properties and has cultivated strong relationships with both retail clients, developers, and brokers. Most recently, Justin was the head of leasing and Senior Vice President at SJC Ventures, one of the most active premier shopping center developers in the Eastern US. Throughout his career, Justin has consistently been a high producer, known for his strategic approach, attention to detail, and ability to execute complex deals with precision. His dedication to his craft and strong network of relationships have made him a trusted business partner. Justin is an active member of ICSC and has served on various ICSC committees over the years. Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing tennis and golf, and spending quality time with his family at Lake Hartwell. He is married and the proud father of two boys, Davis and Oliver.
