Judson joined Avison Young in 2022 as an Analyst supporting the Capital Markets Group. He brings multiple years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in valuations, business development, lease and sale negotiations, and due diligence. In his current role, Judson leverages his technical expertise to perform underwriting and marketing for investment sales, structured finance, development capitalization, and strategic advisory assignments. Prior to joining Avison Young, Judson was an Associate at MK Asset Brokerage, where he focused on the purchase, sale, and lease transactions of industrial properties in the Chicago area. He successfully completed industrial transactions with a variety of institutional investors and corporate users. Judson is currently an MBA Candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
