Josh Stuart is a Vice President in JLL's New York office. His responsibilities include strategic development and implementation of corporate real estate strategies and day to day management of corporate client's complex lease negotiations in multiple markets.
Josh has over 11 years of commercial real estate experience including strategic and operational planning on behalf of corporate tenant clients. This experience extends to the site selection process, financial analysis, lease negotiations, lease renewals, lease restructuring, acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management.
Prior to joining JLL, Josh spent seven years at Flinn Ferguson Corporate Real Estate, a Seattle based Tenant Representation firm, where he focused on representing corporate clients in a variety of industries. Josh advised clients on their real estate requirements on a national basis. Prior to starting his commercial real estate career Josh served as a State Trooper for five years.
