Jordan Asheghian began his career at the West Los Angeles office of Marcus and Millichap in 2015. Jordan is a key team member of the Azzi Group, consistently ranked #1 in the country for multifamily sales in the private client sector In just a short period of time, Jordan has established himself as one of the top multifamily agents on the Westside, closing over $160 million dollars in transactions since his start with the firm. Jordan is also consistently ranked one of the top brokers in the West Hollywood and adjacent areas by volume, transactions sold, and number of units sold (350+ units since 2016). In 2016, Jordan also controlled the largest market share for 8 unit+ multifamily sales in the West Hollywood and adjacent submarkets, which was approximately 27% of the marketplace.
