John Van Buskirk is a founding Principal of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC. In addition to his role as a transactor, Mr. Van Buskirk serves as a Manager, the Tax and Finance Chair, and Chairman of the firm’s holding company, Three Steps Realty, LLC. John’s transactional focus includes industrial landlord and tenant representation work along with development land advisory, site selection, investor acquisitions and adaptive re-use. Mr. Van Buskirk has executed large scale site acquisition, leasing and investment sale assignments on behalf of many of the nation’s leading multi-market landlords, including Prologis, GLP, Liberty Property Trust, AEW, IndCor, Hillwood, Industrial Income Trust, Black Creek Group, Matrix Development, Link Logistics, Stag Industrial, First Industrial, Industrial Realty Group, and USAA.
