Jim joined Fritsche and Anderson Realty Partners in 2021, specializing in office and industrial tenant representation. Jim has worked with The Pulte Group in New Home construction and sales, helping manage construction timelines and buildout for 3 new communities in the Greater Houston Area from 2016 to 2020. After that Jim specialized in estate and probate listings while at Keller Williams Memorial. During his time with Pulte Homes he solidified himself as one of the division’s best, ranking in the top 5 in sales for the division and net promoter scores, as well being distinguished for his amazing customer service. He has helped manage and sell in new communities, working with city planning, new utilities, and infrastructure, as well vendors and contractors to make sure of timely delivery. Jim attended the University of New Orleans where he studied in Finance and Business Management while playing baseball with his older brother, Mark.
