Jason took the leap into the real estate world in 2014, beginning his career in residential sales followed by joining a private equity firm in Westwood, CA. There he received the experience and insightful knowledge while also growing a professional network with institutional commercial and residential developers in Los Angeles as well as other major markets in the U.S.
His goals are simple: to maximize the value of his clients’ properties while assisting them in minimizing risk. With a “white gloves” approach and level of attention to each aspect of the transaction, he brings a unique approach to the brokerage community and has the ability to customize solutions for each of his client’s specific needs.
Jason is graduate of Cypress College and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In 2019 Jason joined the Downtown Los Angeles Marcus and Millichap office with specialization on Retail Investment Sales and joined The Ovaness -Rostamian Group, (Orbell Ovaness and Ara Rostamian) which have extensive retail experience, transacting on over $1 billion of investments and advising on over $200 million worth of retail/mixed-use development projects.
