Jared Kulman is an Associate in the Capital Services Group of Ariel Property Advisors. He is responsible for assisting with the company’s debt and equity placement for a variety of property types including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and development assets. Mr. Kulman graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the Miami Herbert Business School at the University of Miami where he was the recipient of the Canes’ Achievement Scholarship and served as Executive Vice President of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. During college he gained underwriting experience at HKS Real Estate Advisors, a New York City commercial real estate firm, and marketing experience at Sotheby’s International Realty in Bridgehampton, NY.
