Herb Zimmerman, Senior Vice President of Bussel Realty Corp, is one of the original Founding Fathers of the company. He has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage specializing in industrial, office, and investment real estate consultation. During his career, Herb has completed over 400 transactions on behalf of owners and tenants, representing over $500,000,000. Herb has in-depth knowledge of the Middlesex, Somerset and Union County, New Jersey markets, where he has completed many of his career deals. Expertise consists of landlord and corporate representation in both the acquisition and disposition of commercial/industrial real estate, site selection, negotiation and closing of transactions. After graduating high school, Herb proudly served in Japan during the Korean War. He then graduated from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
