About
Harrison Demeritt joined Boston Realty Advisors in 2024 and currently works as an Associate Director on the Retail Team. He specializes in retail leasing and sales on behalf both owners and occupiers. Harrison got an early start to his career in commercial real estate, completing his first lease transaction on behalf of a 6,000 SF restaurant tenant in South Boston prior to graduating from Providence College in 2019, where he received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Marketing. For his first few years in the business, Harrison worked for a boutique retail brokerage firm, where he gained experience working on behalf of clients such as ATI Physical Therapy, Cambridge Trust, IVX Health, Egeria Group, Cedarwood Development, and various families with generational retail assets throughout Greater Boston. From 2022 – 2024, Harrison went on to work on the ownership side in acquisitions for Cedarwood Development, where he served as the main point of contact for the company’s ground-up mixed-use development pipeline. Outside of the office, Harrison can be found surfing and skiing around New England whenever possible.
