George Sacks is the Managing Principal of Commercial Florida Realty Partners (“CFRP”), President of Commercial Florida Management Services (“CFMS”) and Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Florida Properties (“CFP”), since its inception in 1995. From 2003-2005, Mr. Sacks was concurrently responsible for property operations; leasing and asset management for Atlanta based Parthenon Realty, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Apollo Real Estate Advisors. During his tenure at Parthenon, he was responsible for increasing the occupancy of the 1,500,000 sq. ft. portfolio of eight (8) properties from 70% to 92%, creating a substantial increase in value for the Florida portfolio subsequently sold to JP Morgan and Investco.
