Fletcher Dunn, Senior Director, works within the multifamily investment sales team of Walker & Dunlop's Charlotte, North Carolina office. With more than ten years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Dunn specializes in the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise assignments for multifamily assets in the Carolinas. Prior to joining the investment sales team, Mr. Dunn served as Vice President in Walker & Dunlop's Proprietary Capital Group. In this role, he assisted with the origination, structuring, and underwriting of more than $2 billion of first mortgage loans secured by transitional multifamily assets for Walker & Dunlop's balance sheet and joint venture accounts with Blackstone Mortgage Trust. Mr. Dunn started his career as an underwriter in Walker & Dunlop's GSE Underwriting group where he underwrote and closed more than $1 billion of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and balance sheet multifamily loans. Mr. Dunn earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Washington & Lee University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
