For over a decade, Daniel has been buying, renovating, and managing real estate in the Chicagoland area. Daniel found his way into real estate by purchasing, rehabbing, and refinancing condos and apartment buildings on Chicago’s North Side starting in 2013. Daniel has acted as the general contractor and property manager on numerous multifamily projects in the Chicagoland area. This hands on in-depth knowledge gives Daniel a unique perspective on how asset stabilization and property management should be done for investors. This experience has also allowed him to build out an experienced team of knowledgeable brokers, contractors, and handymen.
