Dan Falls began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2005. A 4th generation Washingtonian, his practice is focused on providing tenant advisory services in Suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia. Throughout his 18-year career in the real estate industry, Dan has represented some of the most prestigious companies headquartered in the DC region on a local and national basis. By adopting a consultative and systematic approach for each requirement, Dan helps clients navigate the complex and specialized corporate real estate process to minimize operational disruption and create financial value for each organization he represents.
