I am a Senior Vice President in the Industrial Services division at Partners Real Estate. Prior to joining Partners, I served as Principal and industrial real estate broker at Lee & Associates-Houston, where I started in 2017 after expanding an impressive track record of loyalty to my clients at Northwinds Commercial Realty. I specialize in industrial, investment and land brokerage in North, Far North, Northwest, and West Houston. I have a passion to work with property owners, investors, developers and industrial users to seek space and make better real estate choices. I am driven, creative and sincere and have come to enjoy working and closing transactions that are challenging and multi-dimensional; whether simple or difficult, I operate with a high level of urgency and seek to anticipate the entire process of a transaction. Preparation is key. Many of my assignments are years long multi-phase developments and programs that are implemented from the ground up.
