Christopher Johnson is a member of The Lesser Kantha Team of Leslie J. Garfield & Co., working directly under Partner, Matthew Lesser and Partner and Director of Brooklyn Sales, Ravi Kantha.
Christopher was formerly a member of Avison Young’s Tri-State Investment Sales Group providing advisory services to the owners of commercial, industrial, and development real estate. Christopher is also a Founding Partner of The Laight Group, an advisory firm that provides real estate strategies for clients with an emphasis on investment analysis. Before founding The Laight Group, Christopher advised landlords, tenants, and investors on occupancy and investment sales transactions for Robert K. Futterman & Associates. Prior to his tenure at Robert K. Futterman & Associates, Christopher was a member of the investment sales team for Eastdil Secured where he provided financial analysis for a diverse portfolio of transactions with a market value in excess of $1 billion. He began his career in financial services as an Institutional Equity Sales Advisor and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of New York.
