Chris Holland's focus of expertise is the representation of tenants and landlords in office leasing transactions. Chris has a track record of success in acquisitions, dispositions and developing and implementing office leasing programs. He was recruited into the JLL Agency team from The Staubach Company where he began his real estate career focusing on tenant representation. He has completed over 275 lease transactions and is a licensed California Broker. Chris was awarded "Top Achiever" designation for outstanding 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 revenue and transaction volume. Costar, the leading provider of commercial real estate information, named Mr. Holland as a "Power Broker" in 2013. Chris was a runner-up in the San Francisco Business Times' annual "Deal of the Year" award for a single transaction in 2013 and was designated by the same publication as a "Tenant Broker to Watch" in 2014.
