Caroline is a Senior Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. She is primarily responsible for originating and executing investment advisory transactions throughout the United States with a focus on net lease transactions.
Caroline has 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate. She is a part of JLL’s national Net Lease Practice Group which offers an array of core services, including net lease disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio analysis, valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, build-to-suit and capital markets consultation. Prior to joining JLL, Caroline was part of the National Retail Investment group at CBRE.
