Alexander Tychalski is an Investment Analyst at Greenstone Partners, supporting the firm’s brokerage team with market research, financial analysis, and transaction execution. He focuses on multifamily and industrial assets as he builds his foundation in investment sales and deepens his knowledge of Chicago’s commercial real estate markets. Alexander joined Greenstone Partners shortly after earning his degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Miami. During his time there, he served as Vice President of the university’s Real Estate and Finance Association, where he helped coordinate industry networking events and programming for fellow students. Passionate about relationship-building and data-driven insights, he brings energy, curiosity, and discipline to every assignment.
