Vercel Raises $300 Million In Series F Round At $9.3 Billion Valuation With Accel And GIC
Vercel, a San Francisco-based provider of a platform for building AI-native applications and agents at enterprise scale, closed a $300 million Series F round at a $9.3 billion valuation, alongside a $300 million secondary tender offer set to close in November. Led by founder and CEO Guillermo Rauch, the company plans to use the capital to scale its AI Cloud platform, expand its AI development agent v0, and advance products like its AI Gateway, AI Sandbox, and AI SDK. The round was co-led by Accel and GIC with participation from BlackRock, StepStone, Khosla Ventures, Schroders, Adams Street Partners, General Catalyst, GV, Notable Capital, Salesforce Ventures, and Tiger Global, as Vercel continues to grow its enterprise adoption across major global brands.
