Strava Raises Funding At $2.2 Billion Valuation Led By Sequoia Capital

Strava, a San Francisco-based fitness app provider, has raised an undisclosed amount at a $2.2 billion valuation (including debt) in a round led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from TCV, Jackson Square Ventures, and Go4it Capital. Led by CEO Michael Martin, Strava serves over 150 million users across 185+ countries and will use the new funding to expand operations and broaden its business reach. In April 2025, the company also acquired UK-based Runna, a personalized running training app founded by Dom Maskell. NVent Electric Acquires Maverick Power For $1.75 Billion To Enhance Power InfrastructurenVent Electric has agreed to acquire Maverick Power for $1.75 billion, with up to $550 million in additional performance-based consideration, as it expands its power infrastructure capabilities to meet rising AI data center demand.
