Ridepanda Raises $12.6 Million Led By Bikeleasing Group With Support From Multiple Investors
Ridepanda, a NYC-based e-bikes-as-an-employee-benefit platform co-founded by Chinmay Malaviya and Charlie Depman in 2020, has raised $12.6 million in growth equity and debt financing. The round was led by Bikeleasing Group, with participation from Blackhorn Ventures, Yamaha Motor Ventures, Proeza Ventures, Somersault Ventures, Oyster Ventures, and new partners CSC Leasing and Camber Road. The company plans to use the capital to expand its enterprise team, accelerate product development, and scale its platform. Growing more than twofold in 2025, Ridepanda is now a U.S. leader in employer-based micromobility, partnering with organizations including Amazon, Google, Goodwin Law, and the County of San Mateo.
