Maximor Secures $9 Million Seed Funding Led By Foundation Capital To Expand Finance Automation Platform
Maximor, a New York City-based finance automation platform provider, has raised $9 million in Seed funding to expand its ERP-agnostic, AI-native platform. The round was led by Foundation Capital, with participation from Gaia Ventures, Boldcap, and angel investors including Aravind Srinivas (CEO of Perplexity) and Tien Tzuo (CEO of Zuora), alongside CFOs and finance leaders from Ramp, Gusto, Opendoor, MongoDB, and the Big Four. Led by CEO Ramnandan Krishnamurthy and Ajay Krishna Amudan, Maximor helps mid-market and enterprise companies automate revenue, cash, close, and reporting processes with audit-ready evidence, enabling finance teams to speed up closes, minimize manual reconciliations, and gain deeper operational insights.
