L Catterton Invests In HYROX Valuing Fitness Platform At $700 Million
HYROX IS NOW WORTH NEARLY $700M
L Catterton has closed its investment in HYROX in a deal reportedly valuing the global fitness racing platform at ~€600M ($700M).
The transaction sees founders Christian Toetzke and Moritz Fürste regain majority control, with L Catterton and Jeffrey Katzenberg and Sujay Jaswa’s WndrCo joining as partners.
Founded in Hamburg in 2017, HYROX has grown into one of the world's fastest-growing sports platforms.
In the 2025/26 season alone:

• 100+ events globally
Now, HYROX is setting its sights even higher, including a long-term push for Olympic recognition.
