Juniper Square, a San Francisco-based provider of connected fund software and services for private markets, has raised $130 million in a Series D round at a $1.1 billion valuation. The round was led by Ribbit Capital with strategic backing from Fifth Wall and participation from Redpoint Ventures, HighSage Ventures, Blue Owl Capital, and others.
