InKind Raises $414 Million In Funding Round Led By Citi And Cross River
Austin, TX-based inKind, a curated restaurant commerce and growth platform led by CEO Johann Moonesinghe, raised $414 million in a second financing tranche, bringing its total funding to more than $1.2 billion. The round was led by Citi and Cross River, with participation from Sagard, Varadero Capital, and Trinity Capital, and the company plans to use the funds to expand operations and development efforts. inKind connects more than 5 million diners with over 8,500 U.S. restaurants, representing nearly $30 billion in annual restaurant GMV, through upfront capital, demand generation, financial tools, guest rewards, proprietary data, and AI-native capabilities.
