Space-Eyes Merges With McKinley Acquisition Corp Valued At $638 Million With Eric Trump As Investor
Space-Eyes, a Miami-based defense technology startup led by founder and CEO Jatin Bains, plans to go public through a merger with McKinley Acquisition Corp. in a deal that values the combined company at approximately $638 million. The AI-focused company, which develops counter-drone and geospatial intelligence software for government and military customers, recently secured additional backing from Eric Trump, who became its third-largest private investor and will serve as a strategic adviser after the transaction closes. The SPAC merger is expected to generate about $251.7 million in gross proceeds, providing capital to help Space-Eyes scale production, pursue new government contracts, and expand its reach into commercial markets.
