Deel Acquires Hofy For $100 Million To Enhance IT Device Management Services

Fast-growing payroll provider Deel, co-founded and led by CEO Alex Bouaziz, has acquired London-based Hofy, a company specializing in managing office equipment for remote hires, in a deal reportedly worth over $100 million. This acquisition, Deel’s third this year, will facilitate the development of a new IT device management service called Deel IT, which aims to provide comprehensive IT solutions including software provisioning, app access management, and device lifecycle management. Hofy’s co-founders, Sami Bouremoum and Michael Ginzo, along with their team, will join Deel to enhance this new service. This strategic move aligns with Deel’s mission to be a one-stop-shop for global HR and payroll management.
