Celero Communications Raises $275 Million In Series C Funding Led By Atreides Management
Celero Communications, an Irvine, California-based AI networking chip startup, raised $275 million in Series C funding at a valuation of more than $3 billion, bringing its total capital raised to $415 million. The round was co-led by Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners, and CapitalG, with participation from existing investors Sutter Hill Ventures and Maverick Silicon. Founded in 2024 by industry veterans from Marvell, Inphi, Broadcom, and ClariPhy, Celero develops coherent digital signal processors that enable faster data transmission for AI systems over fiber-optic networks, and will use the new funding to accelerate product development, R&D and production readiness.

Sydney Sweeney Invests As Equity Partner In Sports Prediction Platform Novig Valued At $500 MillionSYDNEY SWEENEY IS BETTING ON SPORTS PREDICTION MARKETS.
The actress has invested in Novig, joining the sports prediction platform as an equity partner ahead of the fall and winter sports season.
Novig was most recently valued at roughly $500M after raising a $75M Series B, bringing total funding to more than $105M.
The company lets users trade sports outcomes directly against one another rather than betting against a traditional sportsbook, and reported 10x growth in trading volume in 2025.
Sweeney is also helping lead Novig’s new “Just Sports” campaign across TV, streaming, social, digital, and out-of-home.
Novig is backed by Pantera Capital, Multicoin Capital, Makers Fund, Forerunner, NFX, Y Combinator, Lux Capital, and others.
Celebrity endorsements are increasingly becoming equity ownership.
