ARK Invest Partners With Securitize To Tokenize ARK Venture Fund For Blockchain Exposure

ARK Invest is partnering with Securitize to tokenize the ARK Venture Fund (ARKVX), giving eligible investors blockchain-based exposure to a portfolio of private and public technology companies. The fund includes exposure to companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe and Databricks. The tokenized interests will initially be issued on Ethereum through Securitize’s infrastructure, while the underlying companies themselves are not being tokenized. The move brings venture and private-market exposure further onto blockchain rails, as financial institutions explore tokenized securities and digital markets.
