About
William D. Lawson joined Phillips Realty Capital’s production team in 2017 having previously worked at CBRE and JLL. As a Director, Mr. Lawson is responsible for leading teams structuring debt and equity financing across a wide-range of real estate types for his clients throughout the United States. Along with Adam Bieber, Mr. Lawson co-leads the data center financing and investment team. Over the past five years, Mr. Lawson has directly originated and structured in excess of $1.2 Billion in real estate transactions located across the country working with a variety of asset types and capital sources.
