Sam’s expertise is in specializing in Class B and C apartments within the vibrant DFW Market. With a 26-year journey in real estate, Sam seamlessly transitioned his experience to Marcus & Millichap. Prior to this, he held the role of Partner at The Cantrell Company in Dallas, where he orchestrated investment sales for a diverse clientele spanning local, national, and international investors. Sam’s achievements extend to Magellan Commercial Realty, Inc., where he was Vice President of Investment Sales. His career path includes significant roles at firms including Suncase Corporation and Meridian Realty Advisors, Inc. Here, he took complete charge of asset management, acquisition, and dispositions for multifamily and retail properties. Prior experience was working as a financial analyst at Northmarq, where he began his career.
