Ryan Eklund is a Partner of NetCapital Real Estate Advisors. Ryan spent the previous 7+ years at HFF (now JLL), leading the Carolinas Net Lease team. In his time at HFF/JLL he has been a part of 70 transactions, totaling $500M+.
Ryan, along with Mike Lucier, co-leads NetCapital Real Estate Advisors, with a focus on being an advisor. Advisory services include: disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange advisory, asset analysis, sale-leaseback structuring, valuation analysis and being an overall advocate for clients.
Ryan received his B.S. in Business Administration and B.S. in Education at The University of Tennessee – Knoxville. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending his time with his wife Lauren, watching anything “Vols”, losing golf balls and being on the water.
