Matthew joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate. Previously, at NAI Long Island he was hired as a Sales Assistant in 2015 and prior to that he worked for Marcum LLP, one of the largest independent public accounting and advisory services firms in the United States. Currently Matthew works on a team that specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation in sales and leasing for both office and industrial assets specifically focused in the JFK/Queens market. Last year as a team he managed to close 50+ deals totalling over $65m in closed business for his clients. Matthew will continue to provide his in-depth market knowledge, integrity and exceptional aptitude for developing relationships with clients and assist them with any of their real estate needs.
