As a senior member of Hunneman’s suburban team, Jim specializes in leasing and selling R&D/Flex, Lab, and Office space in the Greater Boston market, emphasizing Cleantech, Medical Devices, Robotic, and Life Science companies. Leveraging platform, process, and experience to find the right space and negotiate the best deal for his clients, Jim has been on the Hunneman team for 30 years. He has negotiated over 700 real estate deals, leased or sold approximately 10 million square feet of commercial property, and closed over 1 billion dollars in transaction value. In addition to serving on the board of directors for MassEcon and SIOR New England, Jim holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), holds the coveted SIOR designation, and is a licensed private pilot.
