As Managing Director of Houston Agency Office Leasing, Diana Bridger is responsible for leasing and marketing a 2-million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office properties located in Houston’s Central Business District on behalf of Hines. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mrs. Bridger was Vice President of Colvill Office Properties, and previously Vice President at JLL with the Houston Tenant Representation group. Over the course of her career at JLL, she negotiated over 200 transactions totaling more than 4 million square feet and was designated as a “Top Achiever” at the firm for several years. Mrs. Bridger brings over 12 years of real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield.
