About
Becca Dale is an Associate for the National Disposition Services team at JLL. Disposition Services is a specialty group within the investment properties platform. Ms. Dale’s primary responsibilities include the sale of national real estate portfolios for corporations, private investors, financial institutions and real estate investment trusts. Disposition methods include traditional single asset sales, portfolio offerings, net lease sales and sale-leaseback transactions. She also participates in our asset valuation process.
Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Dale worked with Compass Real Estate as a Broker and Executive Client Manager where she assisted in residential transactions totaling over $50 million. Prior to Compass she worked with GE Capital as a Healthcare Real Estate Underwriter and Deloitte Corporate Finance as an Investment Banking Analyst.
Education
Ms. Dale received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
