S3 provides interim mortgage financing to developers and investors in situations where traditional banks can not compete. S3 mitigates risk by making investments in NYC, where properties have historically maintained value and have been able to recoup value faster than in other markets. S3 principal's experience as real estate equity investors allow S3 to view underwriting through an equity lens with a more informed view of an asset's overall worth.
