Steven Winters is a veteran in the retail and shopping center real estate industry with close to three decades of experience. He joined CBRE in 2013 upon the acquisition of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., formerly New Jersey and Philadelphia’s premier retail brokerage firm. Steven joined Fameco in 2008 and was honored, along with two other industry veterans, to open Fameco’s northern New Jersey office. Prior to joining Fameco, Steven was the director of the Retail Brokerage Division of The Schultz Organization (now Onyx Equities) for more than 17 years.
He brings a wealth of experience from many disciplines including: landlord and tenant representation, investment and land sales, development layout and design expertise, and advisory services to retail and mixed-use property owners and developers.
Steven has completed hundreds of transactions totaling several million square feet for clients such as: Catellus/TPG, Invesco, Kin Properties, Garden Commercial, K. Hovnanian, The Archon Group, Principal Global, Kimco, Kaplan Companies, The Brunetti Organization, The Lightstone Group, SL Green, ARC Properties and Prism Capital Partners. He has also completed successful transactions with, or on behalf of, Costco, Home Depot, Lowe’s Home Improvement, LA Fitness, Bed Bath & Beyond, TJX Companies, Gold’s Gym, Chick-fil-A, Texas Roadhouse, City MD, Habit Burger, Chipotle, Wawa, QuickChek, Metro Self Storage, ShopRite, CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreen’s and TD Bank.
