Ryan is an associate agent with the Glaser Group at Lyon Stahl, where he focuses on multifamily sales. A Los Angeles native, having grown up in the North Hollywood and Valley Village neighborhoods, Ryan brings a local perspective and a genuine appreciation for the uniqueness of the Los Angeles commercial real estate market. After graduating from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, he worked in corporate finance in Detroit, multifamily and mixed-use investment sales brokerage in New York City before returning to California. Ryan is a people person through and through, and works to understand each client’s individual needs and goals for an acquisition, sale, or valuation from both a quantitative and qualitative view. He primarily works on deals in the neighborhoods in and around Valley Village, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Studio City, West Hollywood, and Miracle Mile. When not in the office or at a meeting, Ryan is a voracious reader, with 25 books completed this year and counting, an amateur pianist, and a student of California architectural history. He currently lives in Valley Village and can often be spotted on walks around the neighborhood.
